Return Policy
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Cancellation is not possible if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers are entitled to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To request a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To process the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item directly to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged for shipping costs only once (this also applies to returns). No restocking fees will apply when returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and verifying your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval status for your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few days and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank. There may be a processing period before the refund is recorded. If you still haven't received it, please contact us at service@dotlifejourney.com.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
